I'll start off with Riley Zinc, mostly because I already know about three songs that'd fit him.

Queen - I'm Going Slightly Mad [link]
Kind of obvious, but pretty much it's kind of a fun song using sayings about being crazy. Kind of a creepy-fun, I should say.

That's why it's only SLIGHTLY mad.

Dr. Demento - Funny Farm [link]
This one is added because it's creepy as all hell but so catchy and addicting (at least I think it is), kind of how Zinc, though he is crazy in his own ways, does have some likable things about him.

Matchbox 20 - Unwell [link]
This one's more reflecting on his depressing part of being crazy rather than the comedy, "lol he's craaaaazy," being that he does in fact have actual mental issues he's constantly dealing with and how he doesn't ever seem to catch a break.

Then there's Flint.

Denis Leary - Asshole [link]
Pretty self-explaining. He just LOVES to go out of his way to piss everyone else off.

MMV - Oh Oh Sexy Vampire [link]
More of a joke than actual theme. XD It's a Madd World joke, but pretty much there once was a random comment about him stripping and covering himself in whipped cream and cherries (very much to his disgust, very much to k9's pleasure of imagining).

Oingo Boingo - Weird Science [link]
Deep down, Jasper is very much a mad scientist, sometimes making things that other people question the need to make it (like, say, imitating a horrible poison from a dangerous vampire). No one seems to understand SCIENCE!

Thomas Dolby - She Blinded Me With Science [link]
Jasper only WISHED a woman would blind him with science.

Cyrus Zinc.

Inspector Gadget Theme Song [link]
Fits probably because Gadget is what inspired Cyrus in the first place. Cyrus always stumbles to his clues rather than actually using any sort of detective skills. However, this really goes well with the fact Cyrus is always upbeat and still acts like a kid, from playing kid games to watching cartoons.
"GOOO GADGET GOOOO!"

And last but not least, Lynch Cruor.

Oingo Boingo - No One Lives Forever [link]
The song itself is minor and has that twisted feeling to it, matching more of Lynch's personality. It also has the whole "no one lives forever" thing being that Lynch makes sure people don't go living forever (he's not terribly kind). It goes with his motto in life too, which is pretty much going out and living, not worrying if something bad might happen.
"I'm just controlling the population."

Chris Cornell - You Know My Name [link]
This nails Lynch to the -nth degree, being how the lyrics is pretty much speaking out to how you could die over a gamble, namely by the one speaking the lyrics. And, of course, the whole card theme throughout the song (Lynch just LOVES gambling and casinos).
"Diamonds killing people? I can swiftly get behind that motion."
